　　回顾台湾精密机械产业的发展足迹，可以看出台湾在精密工具机及模具方面―直力争上游，机械零组件的生产，也有很好的表现；但是，台湾引以为傲的光电半导体产业所需的设备，以及生产精密模具与零组件的精密工作母机，进口的比率，仍然偏高。所幸，在台湾“经济部”大力推动及业者积极配合下，这个高阶设备的供需差距正快速缩减中。因此，台湾精密机械产业过去几年可以说是动力十足，而未来几年更是前景可期。
